Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is one of the oldest branches of physiotherapy and is oriented towards the treatment of musculo – skeletal ailments. It involves regaining appropriate health and function of structures surrounding the joint and spine regions and normalizing the biomechanics following any injury or orthopaedic disease. Some of the conditions treated with the help of orthopedic physiotherapy are impaired posture, sprain/ strain , Neck/back pain (cervical pain/ sciatica), joint pain (frozen shoulder/arthritis)

Neurological Physiotherapy is oriented towards the assessment and treatment of patients with disorders of the nervous system. This includes conditions affecting the central nervous system, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and motor neuron disease. It also includes conditions affecting the peripheral nervous system, such as peripheral neuropathy and Guillain Barre Syndrome. Specific exercises to re-activate specific muscle groups.

Respiratory Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of patients with ailment of the respiratory system. This includes conditions affecting the lungs, like pneumonia COPD and cystic fibrosis, etc. It also includes a wide range of conditions that impact the respiratory system, such as general surgery and severe illness requiring intensive care. Most approaches involve the application of various chest secretions clearance techniques, therapeutic exercises, postural drainage and early mobilization enables maximum functional ability.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Physiotherapy
This is the assessment and treatment of patients with ailment of cardio-vascular system. This includes post/pre-operation physiotherapy of CABG, angiography/angioplasty etc.
This specialty focuses on patients who are recovering from heart attacks or heart surgery or who are diagnosed with chronic conditions of the heart and lungs. The therapy includes exercise, education, counselling to help patients recover faster and improve their quality of life.
Pediatric physiotherapy is the assessment to detect, diagnose and treat muscular, neurological or developmental problems in infants, toddlers, children and, on occasion, adolescents. Some of the conditions that are treated with the help of physiotherapy are cerebral palsy, brain injury, autism, hip dysplasia, poor posture, scoliosis sports injury and much more.
Pre Natal, Antenatal and Post Natal Physiotherapy Session/Exercises
(Before and during pregnancy exercises and after delivery physio exercises)
